
Oral-B Rewards Scheme
- The Oral-B Rewards Scheme ("Scheme") is promoted by Gillette Group UK Ltd ("Gillette"), Great West Road, Isleworth, Middlesex TW7 5NP. Oral-B is a trading name of Gillette Group UK Limited, whose ultimate holding company is The Procter & Gamble Company, USA.
- In order to open a Reward Account, you must be an employee of a registered dental practice in the UK (excluding the Republic of Ireland). Only 1 Reward Account per practice is permitted. The Reward Account belongs to an individual, not a practice. In the event of an individual leaving a practice, the Reward Account will remain with the individual provided they join another registered dental practice within 12 months.
- As an employee of a registered dental practice in the UK, you may apply for a Reward Account on www.oralbprofessional.co.uk/rewards ("Website").
- Gillette will also be posting a comprehensive registration pack containing details of the Scheme and registration forms to our database of dental practices in the UK. If you are in possession of such a registration pack, you may also register for full Membership using the attached forms.
- The Scheme is not open to anyone associated with Gillette, its associated or affiliated companies or any other third party involved with the Scheme.
- Joining the Scheme is free. Multiple applications by the same individual are not permitted.
- Your Scheme Membership Card remains the property of Gillette and is associated with your Reward Account.
- We can take any action we consider appropriate if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the Scheme, including withholding Reward Points previously credited to your Reward Account or cancelling your membership.
- Gillette can cancel or withdraw the Scheme or any individual Membership Card at any time.
- These terms and conditions are effective as at January 2006. Gillette reserves the right to change the terms & conditions of the Scheme at any time. At least 28 days' notice will be given on the Website or in writing. Membership
- Your Scheme Membership Card cannot be used in any financial transactions. It is not a cheque guarantee, debit or credit card. It is proof of your membership status in the Scheme only.
- You cannot use your Membership Card at any retailer or third party company or any other website other than the Scheme Website.
- If you lose your Membership Card, please call 0800 7311 792 for a replacement card.
Collecting Reward Points in the Scheme
- You will receive points ("Reward Points") on qualifying Oral-B purchases at the current rate which appear on the Website.
- When you submit your completed Purchase Confirmation form you will receive Reward Points relating only to the Oral-B products that you have purchased. The number of Reward Points issued may vary on qualifying purchases. We will not exchange Reward Points for cash or any other service other than those Rewards stated on the Website as 'Rewards'.
- Points will usually only be added to your Reward Account within one (1) calendar month of receipt of your Purchase Confirmation form and associated documentation. There may be specific occasions when we add Reward Points later at our discretion.
- We might change the number of Reward Points you collect on products included in the Scheme. We will let you know with notices on the Website.
- Reward Points are only available on the products listed on the Website and not on any other products or services offered by Gillette or any other manufacturer.
- During promotional Reward Points events, products on the Website or those printed with the Membership pack which are already included in additional, double or triple points promotions are excluded.
- Online points promotions will vary from time to time. Please check individual promotions for exclusions on additional Reward Point offers, which are offered periodically on the Website.
Spending / Claiming Your Reward Points
- Rewards are shown on the Website. The Rewards may differ and may not be identical to the images of Rewards on the Website.
- You cannot make a part payment of Reward Points towards a Reward. You must collect the full amount of Reward Points needed for the Reward you choose.
- These will be deducted from the total on your Reward Account at the time of processing your claim.
- We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services online and other third party products and services available for Reward Points collection and Rewards redemption.
- To spend your Reward Points simply fill out the Reward Points Redemption Form ("Redemption Form"), available in your Membership pack or as a download on the Website. Put your full membership details onto the Redemption Form and send it by post or fax to the address / number provided on the Redemption Form. The total number of Reward Points for the Reward claimed will be deducted from your Reward Account.
- Once you have submitted your Redemption Form we will process your claim and send your Reward to you within one (1) calendar month of receipt of the necessary documentation.
Returning Oral-B purchases
- If you decide to return a product which you bought with cash, a credit or debit card or a cheque, we will deduct the Reward Points from your Rewards Account that you collected when you brought the product, unless you request an exact replacement for your return. We reserve the right to validate any purchases with registered wholesalers to ensure that the Scheme is not being abused in any way.
Returning gifts
- Gifts cannot be returned unless they are faulty. If faulty, please return them to Oral-B Rewards, C/O JPMH, Natraj Building, The Tanneries, 55 Bermondsey Street, London, SE1 3XG. If necessary we will re-credit your account with the right number of points. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.
General Terms and Conditions for Experience Days
The agent
- TFI Quest is the Agent ("Agent") for Oral-B Rewards Experience Days such as holiday breaks, restaurant offers etc.

The experience
- The timing, descriptions and photographs of any experiences appearing on this site, the membership pack or otherwise communicated are intended only to present a general idea of the experience and shall not bind the Agent. They reserve the right to alter any part of the experience where such an alteration has been imposed by the operator. The experience is offered subject to availability and weather conditions, therefore the Agent cannot guarantee that the experience will not be withdrawn by the operator if the weather conditions on the day render the experience unsafe. The experience will then be rescheduled for another date. In the event of an experience being withdrawn by the operator (not due to adverse weather conditions) the customer or recipient will be offered an alternative location to undertake the experience. Session lengths are meant as an approximation only. As the Agent features multi-location experiences, session lengths, styles and numbers may vary from location to location.
Restrictions
- The experience is provided subject to any restrictions stated e.g. the person undertaking the experience must have a valid driving licence. A failure to comply with such a restriction will prevent the customer or recipient from undertaking the activity and in such circumstances the Agent is under no duty to provide an alternative experience or a refund. Please note that the recipient must provide a proof of their age if requested to do so.
The voucher
- The recipient will not be permitted to commence the experience unless in possession of a valid voucher / confirmation. A voucher will be deemed invalid if out of date, somebody other than the person specified wishes to undertake the experience, or the experience specified does not correspond with the experience which the customer or recipient wishes to undertake. The voucher is valid until the date specified on it. If the customer or recipient is unable to utilise the voucher before the expiry date, then upon the original voucher being returned to the Agent prior to the date of expiry; the payment of an administration fee of £25.00 and the payment of any increase in the operator's fees (if applicable) the Agent shall reissue a voucher for the same experience which shall be valid for a further 6 months.
Medical conditions
- Due to the nature of some experiences, participating in an experience may be dangerous to health. Accordingly the recipient must notify the Agent before ordering the experience and a representative of the operator before commencing the experience of any medical condition likely to affect them.
Exclusion of liability
- Neither the Agent, nor Gillette or any of its affiliated or associated entities acts as an agent or employee for the operator. Whilst they make every effort to monitor the service provided by the operator they do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the performance and safety standards of the operator with regard to the experience. Therefore any liability incurred by the customer or the recipient is the responsibility of the operator and not the Agent, Gillette or any of its affiliated or associated entities. Neither the Agent nor Gillette or any of its affiliated or associated entities shall not be liable for the death or personal injury of the customer, recipient or third party unless it is due to the negligence of the Agent, Gillette or its affiliated or associated entities. Neither the Agent nor Gillette or any of its affiliated or associated entities shall have any liability for damage to property, consequential losses or expenses su! ffered, which includes but is not limited to loss of anticipated earnings, profits, goodwill, reputation, business receipts or contracts, losses or expenses resulting from third party claims.
Statutory rights
- Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect the customer's statutory rights. These terms and conditions are subject to the law of England and Wales. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
Terms and conditions for the 1 Week Gym Membership
- Week Gym Membership
- The offer is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except employees of the promoter, its agents and distributors. All Voucher holders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The gym membership voucher entitles the bearer to 1 free 1 week's free gym pass at participating Health and Fitness venues listed [launches popup]. Vouchers cannot be redeemed with a venue of which the voucher holder is currently a member. Please ensure you check what offers each venue is providing in advance before confirming the booking.
- There is a strict limit of 1 voucher per person per venue and per booking group. All additional customers accompanying the voucher holder will be required to pay the full price, and all future bookings will be charged at the full price.
- Offer is subject to promotional availability and the promoter cannot guarantee that your first choice date and/or time will be available to you. Cancellations after confirmation of your booking may incur a cancellation fee.
- The voucher must be presented upon arrival at the venue to redeem the offer. If no voucher is produced, you will be required to pay the full price.

- Participating health and fitness clubs
Terms and Conditions for 1 Night UK Break
- The offer is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except employees of the promoter, its agents and distributors. All voucher holders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The offer is for a free UK 1 night break for 2 people sharing a standard room, on a room only basis. Any additional costs (meals, telephone calls, mini bar bills etc.) must be paid on departure.
- This offer is available for hotels nationwide. You will be able to choose from a selection of well-known hotels. Call TFI Quest on 020 7808 5656, give them your geographical location and they will then give you a choice of possible hotels over the phone or post a list to you. You are also free to choose a hotel outside of your local vicinity.
- In order to obtain your free UK 1 night break, complete the booking request form sent to you, specifying your preferred dates and destinations. A member of the concierge team will contact you within 21 days of receiving your form, to book your 1-night break.
- All bookings must be made in advance of arrival at the hotel. On confirmation of the booking, the agent will send you a confirmation for the requested hotel.
- To receive your 'Free UK 1 night break' please hand the confirmation to the hotel reception upon arrival at the hotel.
- Additional persons travelling with you and your guest (e.g., children) may be eligible for discounted accommodation. Please indicate if there are any additional persons when completing the booking request form.
- All hotel cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do so may result in you being charged a cancellation charge. Contact the hotel directly for details of the cancellation charges.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, participating hotels may be subject to change.
- The Promoter, its agents and distributors are not responsible for the management of the hotels and will accept neither liability nor claims for disappointments or dispute in relation to management of the hotels. Worldwide Accommodation
- This offer entitles the bearer and travelling companion to 1 week's holiday accommodation in a selection of destinations throughout Europe and the rest of the world, subject to the chosen destination being available. Up to 2 additional guests or family members may also be accommodated on request at no additional cost to you, subject to availability of sufficient space.
- The apartment provided is a fully furnished and equipped apartment. Some resorts may offer compulsory half-board or all-inclusive packages at special rates, payable at the resort. Meals, transport (including flights, transfers, airport tax) and personal expenses are not included. You may be required to contribute to resort utility charges for electricity, telephone and water. You will be advised in advance of these requirements, prior to booking.
- Resorts often have on-site facilities although there is no guarantee these will be available all year round.
- All passengers must be responsible for purchasing adequate travel insurance before travelling.
- You are responsible for any damage to the apartment during your stay and the resort may ask you for a breakage deposit upon arrival.
- The accommodation must be booked and taken within six months of the voucher issue. Availability will be extremely limited during school holidays and peak seasons. All accommodation is strictly subject to promotional availability.
- To be eligible to use this voucher you must be over 18 years of age (21 if travelling to the US).
- The Agent reserve the right to reject any applications submitted in contravention of these Terms and Conditions.
- This offer is not transferable. No cash or credit alternative is available. Strictly 1 booking per voucher per household.
- Upon receipt of your booking request form and once an accommodation reservation has been made, written confirmation will be dispatched to you detailing your booking details.

- There will be a mandatory £250 charge if a booking is cancelled OR amended. The Agent reserves the right to charge £250 per apartment if you fail to check-in on your chosen date. - All passengers should ensure they have a valid passport and visa, if necessary.
- The Agent, the promoter, its agents and distributors cannot accept responsibility for any failure on your part to present the resort confirmation forms on checking to the affiliated resorts resulting in no admittance.
- Additional accommodation may be booked at selected resorts for a cost of £250 per apartment per week (for up to 4 people), subject to availability.
- The Agent reserves the right to make minor changes to this offer at any time after publication, subject to your statutory rights.

- Participating venues
Introductory skid pan experience
- The experience takes place in Dunfermline, Northamptonshire and Wiltshire. You must have a full driving licence to take part at Wiltshire. Learner drivers of test standard are accepted at Oxfordshire.
- The activity includes a safety talk explaining the format. The causes, types of skid and cures are all discussed; together with cadence braking and observation. Our instructors will then take you on the skid pan in our vehicles, and follow through the briefing by demonstrating the relevant points. Course members then take the wheel in turn and carry out exercises under the guidance of the instructor. These exercises are made progressively more difficult as the session proceeds. The course concludes with one of the most valuable aspects of driving: how to cope with an emergency. A situation is simulated on the skid pan and you will have the opportunity to try the normal method of braking and the new techniques learnt. You will undoubtedly be a much safer driver after this course ends. Refreshments are available during the session.
- The following restrictions apply:

Champagne balloon flight
- The gift is for 1 person only.
- The balloon flights may take place at the following locations [launches popup]. There are approximately 60 launch sites around the UK.
- The activity starts with the inflation of the huge balloon of almost seven stories high. You will then climb aboard, be briefed by your pilot and take off. The direction of the flight will be dictated by the wind and will last around 1 hour. Once the balloon is packed away its time to celebrate in the traditional balloonist's manner, with champagne.
- Participants should wear normal out-door clothing and footwear appropriate for the time of year. Please remember it will be colder at altitude than it is on the ground.
- The flight last approximately 1 hour but the whole experience may last approximately 4 hours.
- Flights are scheduled throughout the year although there are less flights during the winter months.
- There is no upper age limits but passengers must be agile enough to climb into the basket and to stand for an hour. Children must be at least 8 years old. All passengers should be at least 4ft 6ins in height to see over the edge of the basket.
- Voucher is not valid for London City Skyline flights.
- Ballooning is a year round activity and requires good stable weather, light winds and good visibility. For this reason most flights are scheduled for just after dawn or just before dusk - although take off time will vary depending on the time of year. It is the pilot's decision on all aspects of the flight. In the event of inclement weather, the centre will make alternative arrangements with you for another date.
- Once you have activated your voucher you must attempt to take the flight at least 8 times within the same season. If you do not, an extension fee will be payable to the balloon operator.

Rally driving experience

- The Driving Experience will either be a rally or a race track experience (varying from centre to centre). Tandem Sky dive for 2 people
