How to collect points
By choosing Oral-B every month, you are now able to collect points and spend them on some truly great gifts - for yourself or your practice. All for very little effort. The Oral-B Rewards programme was designed to be easy and straightforward to use. If your practice currently buys Oral-B products, then you are already halfway to enjoying the great rewards we offer.
Order
Once your practice is registered with us, you simply need to order any Oral-B product from your usual wholesaler or Oral-B representative, and you can start earning points. Each product carries a points value, which you can view in the Oral-B Products section.
Validate
In order to validate your purchases and ensure that the right amounts are added, we ask you to detail the Oral-B products you bought on a Purchase Confirmation form and send it back to us along with copies of the relevant receipts or invoices. You can fax it to 020 7403 5538 or post it to Oral-B Rewards, C/o JPMH, Natraj Building, The Tanneries, 55 Bermondsey Street, SE1 3XG. Please note that points cannot be added to your account without this proof of purchase.
Validating points is an important part of the process. It helps us ensure that your points are matched accurately - thereby allowing us to offer such great gifts. It also helps us to determine your favourite products and means we can offer the most appropriate promotions to you in the future.
If you return any items subsequently, please inform us by calling 0800 7311792. We will perform ongoing checks against wholesaler records to ensure no mistakes are made with points totals.
